Cheryl Smith
Founder & Executive Director
Cheryl Smith is the Founder and Executive Director of Atheria Blessings, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in need through compassion, care, and essential assistance.
Atheria Blessings was created in honor of her mother,
Lurlean Atheria Beachum, whose love and giving spirit touched many lives. Inspired by her legacy, Cheryl founded the organization to continue that same spirit of giving to helping families during difficult times and providing support when it is needed most.
Through Atheria Blessings, Cheryl focuses on providing essential items, care packages, and one-time assistance to individuals and families facing hardship. Her mission is rooted in compassion and a deep understanding of the challenges many families experience.
As a caregiver and someone who has personally supported her own family through life’s challenges, Cheryl brings both heart and purpose to the work she does. Every act of kindness is intentional and centered around making a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Cheryl’s goal is to be a source of comfort, hope, and support to those in need while continuing a legacy of love through every life touched.
